I like that it allows you to quickly build out your schedules for our facility in just about any format that we need. It is also very customizable so that if someone comes up with an idea then all we have to do is add their request as a new feature! That said there is not too much flexibility when it comes down to building reports or generating employee timecards. There are some features missing from this program. We would love more options in how to display our timesheets (i.e. using columns instead of rows). And we wish that they could provide us with better reporting tools. Our biggest issue has been trying to determine who should use this system versus what other systems we already had in place. This helps streamline those processes. By having one centralized database for everyone, we can now easily share information amongst departments without worrying about inconsistencies.
