I like that it's easy for me as an employee of my business with no tech skills at all! It is very user friendly which makes life easier when you don't have anyone else in IT department who can help fix things or teach how this software works. Sometimes there are issues where we cannot access our data so if someone has been using their computer before us they may be able use those files but not ours because its saved differently from what everyone uses normally (maybe?). Makes scheduling and storing work orders easy

I like that it allows you to quickly build out your schedules for our facility in just about any format that we need. It is also very customizable so that if someone comes up with an idea then all we have to do is add their request as a new feature! That said there is not too much flexibility when it comes down to building reports or generating employee timecards. There are some features missing from this program. We would love more options in how to display our timesheets (i.e. using columns…

Sockeye - Great system and Customer Service

I love that you can set alerts for when things are running late or have too many open orders, so you know what's happening in real time! Also the ability to use our own fields is very helpful! Sometimes it takes a while to get an answer back from customer service. Not much, but sometimes it could be faster. We need to be able to see exactly what we're supposed to be doing each week without having to look at previous weeks' records. The ability to do this with our current software was…
