I love that you can set alerts for when things are running late or have too many open orders, so you know what's happening in real time! Also the ability to use our own fields is very helpful! Sometimes it takes a while to get an answer back from customer service.
Not much, but sometimes it could be faster. We need to be able to see exactly what we're supposed to be doing each week without having to look at previous weeks' records. The ability to do this with our current software was impossible, so this has been great!
