Didn't even last a day

I'm 53 years old and very tech savvy. I received it yesterday and it stopped working in less than 24 hours. When I received it I thought it was an earlier return as the box had previously been opened and the date and time had already been set which tells me someone did it as it has to be done manually first. REALLY CRASHED. Very disappointed.
