Ladies, you MUST watch the tutorial video first! Don't make the same mistake I did. The supplied eyecups are useless, do not use them. I read the instructions, clicked the remover with a q-tip, waited a few minutes, and then started wiping with the q-tip. A few lashes fell off but most were still there and my eyes started to sting, I had to wash that dirt off. The liquid made my remaining lashes bunch up, so now I had these clumps of lash branches where my rattles were. I had to take a picture, it was awful. Needless to say, I panicked. I washed my face and repeated this hopeless cycle several times, building up anxiety and then deciding to watch a tutorial video on You Tube. Helped a lot with the technique! If only I had done it first. The girl I observed held a round makeup remover pad just at the base of the lash line under the lashes and applied the product with a cotton swab by wiping the lashes above the pad. You have to do this - it didn't work unless you use something underneath your lashes to rub them with a cotton swab, you can't just run the cotton swab across your skin. I didn't have those round pads so I just used cotton balls. I tucked them just below my lash line so my lashes fanned out and used a cotton swab to apply glue to the lashes, applying good pressure but not enough to rip out my own lashes. Surprisingly, I didn't. I don't lose many of my own lashes, even with my multiple repeats and washes in between. Ignore that the directions say to only use a small amount of glue - if you clean your lashes with a cotton swab, you must have the remover on the swab at all times for the remover to work. Once it starts to dry, the glue on the lashes will harden again. I used the damn big balls of this stuff and the lashes came off easier. Now I don't build anymore so it was worth it for under $10 but I wasted an hour and a lot of stress so PLEASE DEAR GOD watch the tutorial first. !
