I like that it is easy to use, has great data entry options, allows you to track multiple items at once, can be used with any software or application (including mobile), offers detailed reports which are easily shared via email/social media platforms etc., provides notifications when item status changes - including location updates if enabled by user. The app does not have an option where we could add our own custom fields other than those provided by default. It would also help us keep better tabs on inventory levels as well as order fulfillment times. Also, having one place from which everyone within my team looks up orders helps make sure there's no confusion about what needs doing next.
