I bought this TP holder along with several other matching towel rails and hooks. Seems to be of fairly good quality and the holder uses the standard base attachment method, then slides the finished cap onto the top and then secures the cap with a set screw. In this case, two sockets must be installed. It's actually pretty easy to align everything so the two sides are the right distance apart. The kit comes with drywall anchors, but I'd suggest using your own. The supplied dowels are hammered in and then screwed into the drywall with a large screwdriver. Once the anchor is flush, screw the base to the anchor using the smaller screw provided. The problem with these anchors is that they are (1) very large and will tear a large hole in the wall, and (2) are quite weak. As soon as I tapped one with a hammer, it shattered into pieces. The only other comment is that it seems a bit big for a standard toilet paper roll. I adjusted the two sides so the pipe was a little tight. This way there appears to be about an inch of space on either side of the roll. If I were to do it again I would mount the two sides closer together using the TP reel as a guide instead of the tube.
