Review on 🔵 JARLINK Electric Pencil Sharpener - Heavy Duty Helical Blade for No.2/Colored Pencils (6-8mm) - Fast Sharpen for School, Office, and Artists - Blue by Lori Aguirre

I just used another c(OfficeGoods) brand pencil sharpener. (I used to use small hand sharpeners, but I couldn't get the dots I wanted without a lot of effort.) The Jarlink product outperforms these small sharpeners, as does the OfficeGoods brand, no question. He sharpens colored pencils with ease. (I have no idea how well it sharpens regular pencils, but they're a similar size to PrismaColor pencils, so I'm assuming they're just as good for regular pencils.) This pencil is easy to use. It's efficient. It's fast. It's nimble enough to make minimal sound, IMHO. (One of the OfficeGoods was slower and much, much louder.) The Jarliknk sharpener is quite the weight. She's not squishy at all. It is easy to empty. It points to a very sharp or blunt point depending on the pressure you apply to the pin as you insert it. I could go on. This is a great product and does what it says on the tin. The reason I gave it a 4 is because it broke after only 3 months and is now unusable. However, I contacted the seller through Revain and received an immediate response (same day). For a company that stands behind its product, that's unbeatable. I am very happy with this product, although it died on me within 3 months. I would buy another one even if the manufacturer didn't provide me with a replacement. It's good. UPDATE: I got a reply from Jarlink that they would send me a replacement for the faulty one. They didn't. At this point I'll give them a D minus for customer service and a minus D for repairing a defective product. I hope my ordering another one didn't stop them from standing next to their product. I need a backup in case the next one doesn't work properly. You shouldn't make promises you won't keep.
