I have been using this software for about 6 months now in both sales and business development roles. Our implementation team put in extra time and effort to ensure that our processes are streamlined. They really took their time with us to make sure we were getting all of our needs met, and made sure we saw every feature on the website once they had implemented it. At first, the training was intense but not too much so. It's very easy to pick up and use! Very user-friendly for beginners. The most important part is being able to meet deadlines and stay organized. Since having the system set up, our teams are much more productive because the information is readily available to them at all times. We have been able to create more opportunities for new business, get more sales reps qualified, and help build long-term relationships with key accounts. We love how easy it is to use for our team members who are new to using software like this. It's also great when you have multiple people in different locations working from home or out of town. Nothing really at this time but I'm sure they will release some updates soon. Make sure you check with them about any upcoming releases before purchasing so you can be prepared. This software has helped us streamline processes by allowing us to work together remotely while staying organized.
