I had fun helping my son build a Red Flyer tricycle for my grandson Josh. it will go on, lick and keep ticking. I know I had a Red Radio Flyer back when my Uncle Bob was the best mechanic, he put a set of double chrome tubes on the back of my Radio Flyer bike. Impressive ! what that meant to me, I still feel the excitement. I also had a Red Radio Flyer van. So I'm passing it on to my grandson to try. Along with the tricycle I bought a radio pilot's helmet and bell - and waited for elbow and knee pads to be delivered all at once along with gloves. This is a solid trike, I thought it was plastic but to my surprise it is over 80% metal and is durable.
