Some of these toys are dangerous!

Some of these toys are dangerous! I bought this set for my 2 month old Sun Conure because it was a good price and it was supposed to be for small birds, but one day I was outside and my bird was playing with one of the toys and got his paw stuck in the chains . playing with a toy upside down in a cage! Luckily I was outside and heard him screaming for help and I grabbed him before he hurt himself, but if I wasn't there my bird might have lost a leg or worse.
