The best thing about this software is that it gives you all in one place, which includes payroll processing, employee benefits management as well as HRIS system. It has been very easy for us to implement within our organization with minimal training required. I would like more customization options, especially around user experience (UX). We have had some issues where users are unable to access certain pages or get stuck when trying to edit their profile information. This can be frustrating if they're not able to complete basic tasks such as updating contact info. Also we haven't fully utilized its full potential yet since there's so much room left to grow! Benefits administration at work was previously done using Excel spreadsheets and emails sent back-and forth between departments to update records of new memberships etc. Now everything happens online through beneplace giving everyone peace from data entry errors and time wasted sending documents.
