Awesome, user friendly platform and great customer service
The ease of use makes it so simple to navigate between all aspects of our ministry with this software! It is easy for me as an administrator or volunteer leader to view what each person has been doing in my area. I love how quickly reports are generated after entering data from other sources like volunteers' phones/apps. This also allows us to have real time information about who we need more help reaching out to (as well as those that may be struggling). There really isn't anything i dislike at this point; however there were some minor issues when first getting started using the program but they got fixed pretty quick once notified by support team. Great tool for tracking member's activity within any given day.
Pros
- So much potential, especially if you're running multiple sites / churches across your state :) Everything works seamlessly together even syncing up schedules too!! Very user friendly interface which lends itself great functionality throughout entire site wide experience..all while staying very simplistic & intuitive enough anyone can get through their training without difficulty
