I've seen some people dispute this because it's not a very good mouthwash. By the way, it's not a very good dishwashing liquid, and it shouldn't be. It's designed to prevent and correct tooth decay and it does an amazing job! Use once a day to prevent tooth decay. Use it 3 times a day and it will really cure tooth decay. I have recommended this to dozens of people who have had one or more cavities and each reported that the dentist recommended filling the cavity, but after six months the small to medium sized cavity was gone and the large one had shrunk a lot. Six months later even the big one disappeared. This is a well-known process called remineralization. Most dentists are aware of this but for some reason don't tell their patients. Be sure to purchase the product at full strength: 0.05% sodium fluoride. Some brands have less than half that strength, which won't work.
