Great glove to use with a sharp mandolin or knife!
I bought this to use with our Tupperware mandolin. The kids LOVE to use the mandolin for slicing their fruit & veggies. The thing that comes with the mandolin to hold items while slicing doesn’t hold things well at all. These gloves are terrific. I tested it out by using our sharpest knife & drawing it harder & harder against my hand & then my fingers. No tears, no rips, just a snag where the knife had a small nick in the blade. My kids are required to use this any time they are using a sharp knife or the mandolin. I use it too.
- I got a large just a little tight next time I will get an XL might be returning for an XL
