Colors are vibrant, but I don't like two things: The dots aren't narrow enough to paint in small spaces. They're a little too wide. A few years ago I bought other Crayola markers that were perfect but I couldn't find them again. Also, the color on the cap does not indicate the color of the ink. The ink always comes out much darker. So if you paint skin tones and think you chose a very light skin tone marker, the face actually looks almost orange. A little disappointing.
