1/ This battery case is an absolute parody. The lugs flex easily to spill the AA and it easily detaches with any fall or tip. 2/ All the reviews that mention the brightness are absolutely correct. It's a dimmer spot and beam than Fluke's first iteration, and significantly dimmer than the original Pacific Laser. absurd height. Overall I would like to say that I like this device; I've certainly spent enough dollars on this. But Fluke knows how it really failed with this product - I'm willing to give up Chinese imports for less than 1/3 the cost because the basic usability of this model is so poor. absurdly low. Attention buyers.
