This toaster is EXCELLENT. I'm so sick of toast being burnt on one side and undercooked on the other. I started searching the internet for a replacement. I found this one and read the reviews. After looking at so many different toasters this one was in my price range and had all the features I wanted so I ordered it. IT COMES THE NEXT DAY. When I saw the first toasts, I was a happy person. The toast was perfectly browned on BOTH sides and the browning was perfect. I enjoy doing business with this company and I love my toaster.
