I ordered mine in red and it's prettier and better than most toasters. My frustrating trek through several well-known brands including Cuisenart (sp) is that they don't toast or evenly toast my English muffins. You can send people to the moon, but why can't manufacturers make a toaster that toasts evenly?! In most cases this one is appropriate and I will keep it to myself. Purchased 12/4/2018 here I am looking for a new toaster March 2019 This toaster worked well for maybe a month then the left side gave out toast 10 seconds after inserting it. This is amazing! All different features, this is the best toaster we have ever had and we have had several different toasters over the last 5 years. A great way to defrost frozen bread and then toast it. My other toasters defrost the bread and if it was the larger brand bread it wouldn't toast until you skipped it again and then I had to stand there to make sure it didn't burn and that would take a while.
