Review on 🚰 Govee 5-Pack Water Detectors with Adjustable 100dB Audio Alarm Sensor - Leak and Drip Alert for Kitchen, Bathroom, Basement - Includes Battery by Ben Dixon

The main purpose of these alerts is to warn you when there is a water leak in your home. The most important function is to receive notifications on your phone even when you are not at home. After setting up the first two on my phone with a helpful YouTube video on how to do it (the written instructions are literally wrong for connecting to Wi-Fi) I got it working and then 5 more for other parts of mine bought house. Then a few weeks later I ran a test and no mobile notification was sent to my phone. I then had to reconnect the whole thing to the mobile app so they would send notifications over my WiFi when I was out. Now, just a few weeks later, they no longer send out alerts. Now I have a couple of these water sensors around the house that are unreliable. Note. I have a very powerful mesh Wi-Fi system that covers my entire house, so I know this isn't an issue with my Wi-Fi. The company information is written in very poor, muddled English and is not helpful. I cannot recommend this product until it reliably notifies the phone over Wi-Fi.
