Five stars because it's a simple product that was delivered quickly. Great value for money - two units is all I need to protect my coax (satellite and internet). If you read this review and it still has 5 stars, you may know that it has been working for me since September 13, 1919. I've had frequent problems with lightning strikes somewhere nearby shutting down TVs, DVRs, fans etc - twice in the last year. This means that every connection now has overvoltage protection from the outside. I will update this review if there are any hardware issues due to lightning.
