I've had this phone for almost a year now. I am very dissatisfied with it. While the specs are impressive, the phone often freezes and runs very slowly. After the backflip, this is the worst phone I've ever had. Most of Xiaomi's pre-installed apps like cleaner, themes and even settings are loaded with add-ons. For the phone part; Antenna receiver - complete slag. I only have signal outside. The phone doesn't answer calls at all. I get text and voice messages but good luck trying to get through on the first call. In most cases I have to try two or three times even when trying to call someone. It only gets stuck when dialing. An access point is slower than a dial-up modem, so you don't have to share it for anything other than sending email. On the plus side, the battery lasts forever, the display is crisp and the camera is decent. It just takes forever to run - most of the time. I got it for an IR blaster but their native app is rubbish. I use SURE, it has addons but it's a native app. The calendar is weird but it could just be mine because I'm used to Samsung phones. I paid about $250 for it. In fact, it costs around $100 if you want your little kid to have a tablet and be able to text you every now and then. I get frustrated just writing this! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
