Not sure why everyone else is having leakage issues as I haven't had any. It's durable and well-made, offering a lot of flexibility in the position of the shower head. But my issue is that there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten the main fitting (the end of the shower pipe) enough that the whole thing doesn't rotate clockwise/counterclockwise for heavier showerheads or when adjusting showerheads. The two adjustable sections are rock solid and don't move, so I'm not sure there's anything that can be done.
