This worked great for the first week and then it started leaking and squirting water out of the faucets all over my bathroom which (of course) sucks. I will never buy this product again.

Priced at $15 this is the best product you can find on this site. The nut that attaches to the existing shower outlet rotates freely, which is exactly what I was looking for. Just make sure all the connections are tight with the wrench provided and grab a good quality installation tape as the one that comes with the product is flimsy and low quality and you're done 👍🏽

Not sure why everyone else is having leakage issues as I haven't had any. It's durable and well-made, offering a lot of flexibility in the position of the shower head. But my issue is that there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten the main fitting (the end of the shower pipe) enough that the whole thing doesn't rotate clockwise/counterclockwise for heavier showerheads or when adjusting showerheads. Terrible product, leaking from all ports; where it connects to existing piping there is a lot of play, the washers included in the kit are too small. It also leaks out of the control knobs. There's no way to tighten it enough so it won't wobble - plumbing works best when not overtightened. I made several attempts to install it and every time it leaked. Received this because my funky new rain and hand shower were too close to the wall for comfort. I thought this would give me the space I needed (and it really does) but it took FOREVER to install. Having read some bad reviews recently I was forced to state the reason. How is it the part's fault and not your fault that you're short or have the wrong style ladder to help you? people are funny.
