Received this because my funky new rain and hand shower were too close to the wall for comfort. I thought this would give me the space I needed (and it really does) but it took FOREVER to install. The end that attaches to the shower rail was very flat making it difficult to hold onto the shower rail. After trying for at least 15 minutes I finally got the shower head diverter back onto the shower rod and then attached the rod to it. It worked, but it took quite a bit of persuasion to screw everything down (part of that might be because he's too freaking big and too big for a tub, which means I had to balance, sit down, and reach over my head , to attach him things). While this SHOULD be easy and quick, it may not be. The product itself works great once installed and everything seems fine (it's only been 24 hours though). As long as the joints remain taut and hold the showerhead in place, the rating stays at four stars.
