The ability to have my emails be in line with what I'm looking for instead of just general data mining.

The ability to send messages based off of certain criteria that would otherwise go ignored makes this a valuable tool. It could use some additional features such as scheduling (as well as the free version) but it serves its purpose. If you're looking for a great way to segment your prospects and have them receive useful information through automated emails then give it a shot! It is a great tool at helping to build a relationship between myself and my customer base by creating personalized messages.
