IGNORE ALL COMMENTS ABOUT NO FUSE VOLTAGE! The 12V you see is not the actual current. This tension will not damage anything. In order for the LEDs to work you need to connect what you are melting so the circuit has a path to ground and completes the circuit. Then pull the fuse and the light will go out, indicating an open circuit. It costs money and there is no marriage.
