I bought my Fimi 3 weeks ago, 9 flights with 2 batteries per flight which gave me 9 hours of amazing footage. Really good drone. I maximized altitude and range, without the booster the drone kept trying to "failsafe" back to about 270m, with them I hit 500m (actually about 520) every time. Quoted range is 5000m, without booster I got about 1600m, with them I got about 2600 before signal loss. In short, they definitely matter. I will mainly be using my drone in these conditions, but I'm curious if this thing can ever get to 5km in the wide open area without interference.
