Down the drain
I purchased this product hoping to defrost my windshield after my heater core exploded. After using this product 2 times, not even the windshield defrosted. It doesn't even get hot enough to thaw anything. I had to move it through different sections at the same time until I just gave up. The third time I used the thing, I noticed that it wouldn't even turn on. I tried the rear outlet to see if it worked and found the whole unit was gone. Save your money and don't even bother about it.
