Volvo design flaw but cheap and easy replacement
Only lasted a few months. This spring-loaded hinge is under constant pressure, so even the best will break over time. Easy Pin Replacement - Use an ultra-thin punch to push the pins through the old plate and insert the pins flush when replacing. Simple but annoying when you have to do it a lot.
