Review on KRUPS BW260850 Cool-Touch Stainless Steel Double Wall Electric Kettle, 1.5L, 1.5 L Capacity, Black by Bart Elbrink

We couldn't boil water so I ordered this Krups kettle to quickly and safely boil water for my morning Melitta coffee . Don't put coffee in the kettle, it just boils the water. It's very easy to use. Literally bring to a boil for a few minutes and then turn off. The only thing that bothered me at first was the switch. This is an odd square of transparent plastic that attaches to the base and lights up when turned on. Having lived my entire life in the US, I didn't realize that this switch was opposite all the switches I used ---- On. Press Down, Off. Press UP. The only problem I had and I found it out by accident. It really only holds 1.5 liters because space is needed, so don't fill the kettle past the embossed line. If you fill in more, the water will boil off. stand on the line I really appreciated the quick delivery because I don't think I can last another week on a "cold beer". Please note that the water is really boiling. Do not pour on hands or touch hot liquid.
