I've never taken a supplement so can't compare. But. I know what exercise fatigue is and what it involves. I've been fasting for several weeks and talked about breaking the fast with BCAAs on one of Ryback's podcasts. I feel a big difference between this and normal water and even different salt waters. Especially after training. However, I don't like the waiting time for full resolution, which is almost 20 minutes. I can deal with this by making it ahead of time and putting it in the fridge. It tastes great. The sweet taste kind of reminds me of artificial sweeteners, but I know there's nothing there. I have yet to test my blood sugar spikes after drinking it, but just listening to my body's reaction I can already tell it's not much. No pain, no side effects. So far, so good. Thank you Rybak.
