This is my first purchase of an air purifier and I was comfortable with Cuisinart's reputation and was not disappointed. I also chose this unit because it comes with an easy-to-clean HEPA/Carbon filter. The device is small enough to fit on my dresser in my bedroom and quiet enough for me to sleep. I am so amazed at how much the filter captures in just a few weeks of use! I would highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from allergies, like me, lives in an old house or is concerned about the air quality where they live.
