Very firm, but I'm sure it will get better with time.
I bought a couch that had cushions vacuum sealed in plastic and they never straightened properly which was a problem. I took a chance and bought a 5" x 22" x 22" pillow. She goes to the original pillowcase and lies down on the sofa. She looks ten times better than the one next to her. She's very strong, but like that it is.Memory foam and high density foam.I'm sure it will get better with time.I'm happy with it and will get the other parts I need.
