Not skin. Unreliable.

This product is advertised as being made from a 'layer of skin'. No, that is not so. It is made of PU (polyurethane) leather, a type of plastic. I clipped it to the bag on their first flight and watched as the loop just fell off the bag when I put the bag in the car. I reattached it with concern, but it fell off again when another sack hit it. The click is so weak it just won't stay in place. Disappointing.
