Difficult to use, but worth it!
It's hard to install as the reviews say, but it definitely goes nowhere once it's on. It has a silicone coating(?) that grips the wheel and prevents it from expanding. I used a screwdriver to pry it off. Looks good and prevents me from burning my hands on the steering wheel in the summer. If you have the patience to put it on then it's worth it!
