It's hard to install as the reviews say, but it definitely goes nowhere once it's on. It has a silicone coating(?) that grips the wheel and prevents it from expanding. I used a screwdriver to pry it off. Looks good and prevents me from burning my hands on the steering wheel in the summer. If you have the patience to put it on then it's worth it!

I love this steering wheel cover. I have a 2005 Honda Element with a 15 inch steering wheel. looks great and fits. It's comfortable to hold, doesn't get too hot in the Southern California heat, and looks great. A big plus, I found matching seat covers. The pattern, the Baja cover, goes very well with the overall look of my car.

As I spend a lot of time in the car, my steering wheel has become a bit worn. I wanted to find a handlebar cover that was comfortable, not too bulky and also heat resistant. I was very happy with this case. It's very cute and ticks all the boxes I was hoping for. It was a little difficult to put on but fits snugly and doesn't move on my handlebars.
