These get noticed! White are extremely bright, almost blue, so think carefully when matching color to your other bulb fixtures. The regular bulbs (yellow-normal) are a more relaxing tone if your blending color. We strung them along a long porch so had to lift the few stands at the doorway. Worked nicely. Don't be impatient when unraveling - read directions, & remember how to take them down so you won't curse next Christmas! I'd buy them again - gave neighbors something to ponder.! 😉
