Why did I give this product two stars when the point of a tracker is to find it right? The application that is supposed to be loaded is faulty. The update also seems to take forever. Here are some key points why you shouldn't buy this! 1. Pairing sometimes doesn't work, I tried with two different phones, the Galaxy S6 and the LG Stylo 2. Both failed to pair with the app the first time. Then when you're away from your phone it can unpair it, and when it's removed how can you pair your Cube if you don't know where it is? 2. The included application is poorly designed. Looks like they hired a 14-year-old hobbyist app developer and said "that's good enough" and then released it to the public. The app is clunky, the close button when you realize it's "on its own" probably just for aesthetic reasons. If you press the "Notify me when found" button when you lose the cube, take a journal and read for a while, it will try to find the keys right next to you. After five minutes while warming up, the cube will beep, alerting you that it's right next to you! 4. Why I gave it an extra star. The support was helpful, but there's only so much they can do when the app itself isn't available. I was told to turn on notifications in the app settings. Which I did after clicking the gear button in the top right corner a few times. I'm glad it was developed by a great team. After turning around, it gave me a nice notification that said "dice". I think it worked to give me a notification. Though it didn't really help me find my keys. The cube itself was lovely and they gave you an extra battery for your hopes of when you can actually use it. It felt solid and well made, wish I could say the same for functionality.
