These Minnie pajamas are adorable. The pattern comes in girl-friendly shades of pink, purple, blue, and lime green. It matches Mickey's boys pajamas (search Revain for "Micky's Zebra Spotted Pajamas for Boys") - they're the same pattern, just a different color scheme. It would make cute pictures of siblings! The fabric is not particularly soft, but it is 100% cotton. They run small, especially after washing and shrinking. Like pajamas, they should fit snugly. For this type of pajamas (non-FR) I always order a size or two to compensate.
