This is NOT a fixture, it goes over one
I was confused by the description, but once I got it, it was fine, especially for the price. It is a little tangled in the box, but easy enough to straighten out. It hangs off the light bulb, and so I got a bare bulb pendant from HD and it worked great, far cheaper than a chandelier would have been.
