The ability to search for keywords you are looking, not by just product but also specific industries/verticals makes it easier than I can say! It's been easy getting into using DD as well since their support has always done what they promise every time we've needed them over the past few years with our account usage.

There really isn't anything that I dislike about this software so far (even though there will be many things when all of us have full access). As long as your team knows how everything works then everyone should feel comfortable trying out DD right away - which helps make sure no one gets left behind in training or learning new features quickly. This system allows me access from anywhere without having physical office space at my fingertips like other competitors offer while still being able train people remotely through video calls if need be too, plus the fact that each member of staff who uses DD doesn.
