Amazing Customer Service

Update: Amazing Customer Service. Received a replacement quickly and every port in the product works. Very satisfied. None of the USB ports work. Tried different cables that work when plugged in somewhere else. Tried plugging a cable with a USB plug into this product's power outlet and it worked there. I'm not sure why none of the USB ports worked. Will return the item. Very disappointing.
