The best thing about this product are that it helped me to connect my Salesforce with Dynamics 365 very easily without any coding or technical skills required by our end users. This has made life much easier for us as we can now have complete visibility of all data from both systems at one place which was not possible before due to lack of integrations between these two worlds. I would like more fields available within sales force side so i could make better use outofthebox features but still its good enought solution provided till date. We used It mostly for creating reports across different departments such as Marketing & Operations etc.,.
