This helped remove breast milk stains from my baby and clothes. Even things that have previously been washed and dried. But I can't keep using it because of the smell. It is a very sweet perfume smell, so strong and so intense that it feels overwhelming. Any laundry items that you have sprayed will carry the smell. It's not on all my burp cloths and I don't like the idea of them being so close to the baby's face. I have no idea if the smell is the company's intentional addition or just how it smells due to the ingredients, but if it's the former then they should drop the scent. I won't be using it anymore, too bad :/
