In general it's good good for heating, cooling and air quality
Overall I like it. This is exactly what it says it is a small portable air conditioner. The instructions confused me. I'm glad to have it on my desk when I'm at work. It's getting hot where I work and I know that will help. Also, it doesn't specify how much water to pour into the machine and I think I was able to make 2 cups of water.
