Nice docking station. The PD pass works great (with proper performance). No noticeable latency from HDMI, Ethernet, USB peripherals. It stays cool. A little remark. I was given a Dell Latitude 5400 to work with and found that I couldn't install the included VPN software (Cisco AnyConnect) to connect once it was docked. This was true whether I was trying to use Ethernet or not. Oddly, I can connect to the VPN and then connect to the dock once connected and it doesn't drop the connection. I was able to connect to other VPNs (NordVPN) from another laptop while docked, so it seems to be a combination of the Dell laptop, Cisco AnyConnect, and the dock. I'm not flagging this because I think it's the doctor's fault, but in case anyone else comes across this, they have a possible fix.
