I like how easy it was set up, we had some basic info from our legal department but most everything came directly off SEC Edgar filings so there were no issues getting started with initial setup or training other staff members once they got their accounts created! The only thing i did not use very much yet are any internal functions which would have been nice since my colleagues aren't familiar enough w/ EDGAR filing process etc., otherwise all seems fine as far back-end system goes!! If you're planning & preparing your own forms / documents (vs using 3rd party) this could be helpful when looking at compliance requirements around disclosure rules related items -- if nothing else its good practice knowledge building exercise :) We've used several different systems over time during past employment - having one place where ALL employee activity can go makes things easier especially now being part oof larger orgs who may need multiple support reps across various departments to.
