I can't stress enough the pain I went through with this hard drive! It was a nightmare. At first my computer didn't recognize it because it's Mac capable and not Windows capable. When I finally set it up for Windows it got stuck transferring files and when I tried to cancel the transfer it didn't cancel! So I would have to restart my computer, which would break Windows Explorer. Not to mention my Seagate and WD external devices transfer much faster than this one!
