Review on Bamboo Home Bread Slicer: 🍞 Achieve Perfectly Sliced Bread at Home by Ben Daugherty

I too have relied on many positive reviews but after getting and trying this food slicer I found that the bad reviews were more accurate. First, the knife is too short to cut anything other than store-bought, machine-sliced bread. The blade barely reached the other side of my homemade 2 pound loaf. Also, the knife cut into the wood right as I used it - very dangerous for a product intended for food use as it could get stuck in a slice of bread and eaten. I would have sent it back but unfortunately I kept it until I received my bread maker which was made to order. When the car came and I had baked my first bread, the return period was already closed. Very disappointed.
